​​The Arctic covers eight countries, including the United States. Diverse landscapes – from the sea ice to coastal wetlands, upland tundra, mountains, wide rivers and the sea itself. Artic is the essential place for abundant wildlife and many cultures. Of all of the wildlife in the Arctic, the polar bear is the most famous icon for this region. As people know about global warming, Arctic is getting damage from increase of temperature. People won't be able to see polar bear in the future. WWF is taking actions to preserve Arctic. (Source

BORNEO AND SMATRA

The Southeast Asian islands of Borneo and Sumatra, located on the Equator, are home to some of the world’s most diverse rain forests and Southeast Asia’s last intact forests. Borneo is the world’s third largest island, Sumatra is the world’s sixth largest island. These islands have created lots of habitats for unique species. Thousands of unique species are living.  (Source

AMAZON 

Let’s look at one of the most essential place for the sustainable environment. Amazon is the place with one in ten of the known plant and animals species on Earth, millions of hectares of dense forest, 30 millions people with their own cultures, and 100,000km of life giving rivers and streams (Source). In Amazon, there are 40000 plant species, 3000 freshwater species, and the rainforests contain 90-140 billion metric tons of carbon, which all of them are essential for the Earth (Source). They are all valuable resources for the Earth however, Amazon is getting damages from the people nowadays. WWF is putting their efforts to preserve Amazon.
